Method:
In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using). Dry shake (no ice) for 10–15 seconds to emulsify. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. Gently top with Kloudy Berry Smart. Let the froth rise and settle before serving.
Going dry? Replace the gin with a splash of hibiscus tea or a zero-proof botanical spirit to keep the ritual, minus the alcohol.
