Order Process

● You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. This does not constitute acceptance.

● We accept your order only once it has been dispatched.

● We may cancel orders for reasons including: stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be refunded. 

● Product packaging, labeling, and design may vary from the images or descriptions displayed on our website due to manufacturer updates, stock availability, or supply chain variations. While we make every effort to ensure product information is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that the packaging received will be identical to that shown online.

3. Shipping & Delivery

● Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

● Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout and may vary by location.

● Kloudy Matcha is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.

● International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

● We aim to process all our orders within 3 business days, unless stated otherwise.

● After processing, UK orders will be shipped and will then be delivered between 3-5 business days.

● After processing, EU orders will be shipped and will then be delivered between 5-10 business days.

● If you have placed a pre-order with us, these will be shipped between 4-8 weeks after processing.

4. Returns Policy

● Food and beverage items are non-returnable unless faulty. Proof of fault (e.g., photos or video) must be provided.

● Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@kloudymatcha.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and proof of fault (if applicable). Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Note: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your 14-day right to cancel for most online purchases.

5. Discount Code Policy

Discount codes issued by Kloudy Matcha are subject to the following terms:

Kloudy Matcha reserves the right to void, modify, or revoke any discount code at our discretion, and without prior notice, especially in cases where:

● The code was misused or fraudulently
obtained.

●The code was shared on unauthorised third-party platforms.

● Technical or pricing errors occurred during checkout.

We also reserve the right to cancel transactions where discount codes were used in violation of our policies or in a manner inconsistent with fair customer usage.

Limitations and Conditions

● Discount codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

● Discounts apply only to products listed on our website, unless specifically stated.

● Discount codes may be subject to product exclusions, minimum order thresholds, or geographic restrictions.

Customer Responsibility
