Returns Policy
Food and beverage items are non-returnable unless faulty. Proof of fault (e.g., photos or video) must be provided.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@kloudymatcha.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and proof of fault (if applicable). Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Note: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your 14-day right to cancel for most online purchases.
